Working with the BBC

I had such a wonderful experience with the BBC crew filming a documentary about Moroccan food.

One of the good things was that they were filming locals in their daily life, just as they are, and they also tasted various kinds of food in different Moroccan cities. An important point is that they paid attention not only to well-known restaurants but to street food as well. They were very interested about everything going on around them .

It was just a great pleasure for me, because I never thought that I would be in such situation in my life. I can’t deny that I was slightly nervous when they started filming, but I soon gained confidence and began to enjoy every single moment with them.

I was very impressed by their kindness and also the very efficient way they worked.They did a very good job and I’m proud that I had the occasion to work with professional people like them.
